Assistant Restaurant Manager  37.5 hours a week Rota: Monday to Friday 0830-1700 or 0900-1700 and one day a weekend. Immediate startSalary: £25,5000

Our client who are a family run garden centre who are passionate about their products and customers are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to join their team in their dog friendly restaurant. 

If you are from catering background or used to working in a fast paced restaurant , experienced in customer service we want to hear from you. 

Main function of the role would be to assist the Catering Manager with daily duties and responsibilities and providing cover for the Catering Manager. Other duties:Managing the tills and processing paymentsSupporting and training colleagues. Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front - dealing with customers and any queries Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems & proceduresDeliver exceptional customer service

Experience:Supervising experience: 1 year (required)Customer service: 1 year (preferred)Hospitality: 1 year (required)Level 2 Hygiene certificate Desirable Hold a valid DBS - Desirable Hold a valid drinks license - Desirable
