- £35,000 per annum plus £3,600 service charge
- Temporary accommodation for 3 months
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Leading, training, and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver impeccable service
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Working closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to provide a cohesive guest experience
- Managing rotas, stock, and budgets with an organised and proactive approach
- Maintaining and exceeding the hotels high standards of guest satisfaction
