We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join the team, playing a vital role in supporting students' education and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers.



Job Summary:

The Cover Supervisor will supervise whole classes across a variety of subjects and year groups, ensuring that students complete work set by their teachers and maintain a focused, productive environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, looking to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school setting, and ready to make a positive impact on students' academic journeys.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring they follow the lesson plan and complete assigned work.
  • Maintain a calm, orderly learning environment, addressing any behavioral issues in line with the school's behavior policy.
  • Provide support to students by answering questions, explaining instructions, and offering guidance to help them complete their tasks.


Qualifications and Experience:
