Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and motivating lessons across the KS3/4 curriculum.
- Adapt to different educational settings and meet the standards of various schools.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Be available throughout the week to accommodate an increasing number of bookings.
- Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in the KS3/4 curriculum.
- Availability throughout the week to meet the demand for supply work.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging and motivating lessons.
- A driver is desirable to facilitate travel between schools, but this is not mandatory.
