They currently have 16 stores, but have ambition to grow which could provide great opportunities for the future.
Job Type
Store Manager
Permanent, 42.5 hours per week
Preferred Start Dates between 7th - 21st October.
Working Pattern
42.5 hours per week over x5 days
What will you be doing as a Store Manager
- Driving Sales
- Driving exceptional customer service
- Effective Stock Management
- Completing daily and weekly trade reports to give feedback to the HO team.
- Training and developing store team.
- Maintaining brand standards
- Supporting the delivery of company initiatives
- Lead a team consisting of 2 Part Time Sales Supervisors, 5 Sales Assistants and Seasonal Staff.
Experience /Skills
- Previous retail experience of a minimum of 1 year will be beneficial but not essential
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service

- Proactive and able to problem solve
- Strong communication skills
*Hourly rates of pay may differ if you are under 23
