We’re looking for a Senior Support Worker to join this pleasant service in Chichester that’s home to 5 adults with learning disabilities. The job involves role modelling good practice to the team and supporting staff to maintain consistently high standards of service delivery. Candidates should have previous experience of supporting people with autistic spectrum condition and learning disabilities.

As part of the management team, you will need excellent organisation and communication skills as you’ll be regularly supporting clients with meeting friends, family, and professionals.

We are looking for candidates with a Full Manual Driving Licence, as you will be required to drive our Service Vehicles as part of this role.
