With over 80 years of experience, this company is known for delivering exceptional building maintenance, refurbishment, and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the public sector across London, the Southeast, and the Home Counties. Their expertise spans planned maintenance, fire safety, and energy-efficient homes, all delivered through bespoke contracts and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry/Joinery
- Timber Care
- Painting/Decorating
- Plastering
- Brickwork
- Logging and Signing Works Via a PDA System
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and clients
Requirements:
- Full Clean Manual Driving License
Salary & Benefits:
- £37,000 per annum

- Monday Friday
