Overview

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE - MERSTON SITE - MIXTURE OF DAYS AND NIGHTS

Salary varies between £23,506 to £26,841 plus a shift allowance

You will help us to maintain a safe warehouse environment, ensure material accuracy and stock rotation and adhere to Health and Safety standards.We are looking for positive can-do attitude and motivation, great organisational and team skills and the most important attention to detail.

Natures Way Foods is the leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and “food-to-go” for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe. But there’s lots more to us than the products we make.

Responsibilities

Shifts Designed for Success:

Our rotational shift pattern, covering 6 to 6, includes both days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period, following this schedule:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

Reporting to the Logistics Department Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe warehouse facility, ensuring the accuracy of materials within our storage areas, and preserving the quality and freshness of raw materials and finished goods through strategic stock rotation.
