Are you currently a Sales Progressor looking for a new opportunity? Our client a multi office, independent Estate Agent with offices across Essex are looking for an experienced and efficient Sales Progressor to join their busy office in Chigwell. The company have built a reputation with a team of experienced professionals who work hard to make sure that they understand exactly what the client wants. Customer service is the most important aspect of what the company does, together with their superior knowledge of the property market, they provide expert advice to create a tailored service that puts the individual client first. They understand the importance of communication at every stage of the process, and pride themselves on their open and friendly attitude. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Progressor, running sales files from beginning through to the end. You must have exceptional customer service skills, and be confident dealing with any issues that may arise throughout the process.Salary package and benefits for the role of Sales Progressor include:

  • Basic £26,000
  • OTE £30,000
  • End of year bonus for achieving targets
  • Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm every Saturday 9am to 5pm with a day off in lieu (5 day working week)

Key responsibilities for the role of the Sales Progressor include:

  • Managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts
  • Liaising with surveyors and solicitors
  • Managing and advising clients on a regular basis throughout the process
  • Advising clients on any negotiations should that be necessary
  • Updating vendors on their sale and ensuring they are given the best possible advice in order to get them sold
  • Recording and inputting information onto the database

The skills and experience required for the role of Sales Progressor include:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Sales Progressor role
  • Exceptionally well organised and literate
  • Be able to manage the workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to think strategically
  • Excellent standard of written communication
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Client focused and target driven
  • Good interpersonal skills
