Regen Solutions is working with a leading social housing contractor to recruit an experienced Contract Manager for their Electrical & Active Fire division. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and take ownership of contracts across planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical and active fire contracts within the social housing sector
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and contract compliance
- Lead and support a team of supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor performance, health and safety compliance, and commercial aspects of the contracts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Contract Manager role within social housing
- Strong knowledge of electrical and active fire safety systems
- Excellent leadership and client management skills
- Understanding of compliance, health and safety, and budgeting
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NICEIC, FIA, or equivalent) preferred
