Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent located in Chigwell, are seeking an Aftersales Progressor.
The position offers a salary of up to £30,000, along with an end-of-year discretionary bonus, pension, and 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in progression within estate agency or new homes.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, and local knowledge is preferred but not essential.

The successful Aftersales Progressor will be offered:

Up to £30,000 Basic
End-of-Year Discretionary Bonus
Pension
20 days holiday + bank holidays

Working Hours:

Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00

Aftersales Progressor requirements:

Have a minimum of 2 years experience in progression within either estate agency or new homes
Must have knowledge of the aftersales progress from start to finish
Local knowledge would be ideal but not essential
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Be able to manage a busy aftersales pipeline
