An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager with 2 years’ experience to oversee two residential children's homes in Romford. Our client is a reputable care provider for children and young people.

As Registered Manager, you’ll oversee two nearby homes, supporting six children, and ensuring top care standards and Ofsted compliance alongside Deputy Managers.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked for at least 2 years as an Ofsted Registered Manager or in a similar role in a children’s home.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted registration processes and care operations.
  • Background working with young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
