Sales negotiator

Full time sales negotiator required for a new high end estate agency opening in Chigwell, Essex. No experience in estate agency is necessary. We're looking for a confident, personable, well presented sales negotiator with a good telephone manner able to deliver a high level of customer service. Part of your role would be to present property video tours for social media, so experience of presenting would be beneficial.

Duties include:

• Taking calls from prospective buyers and sellers

• Arranging viewings

• Welcoming visitors to the office

• Presenting property tour videos for social media

• Meeting prospective buyers for property viewings

Qualifications:

• Well presented

• Good people skills both on the phone and in person

• Confidence

• Good communication skills
