We are seeking a dedicated Medical Administrator to join our Administration team, focusing on Medical and First Aid provision. This role is crucial in ensuring the health and safety of students, staff, and visitors by managing first aid services and medical records in compliance with our policies and regulations.
 As a Medical Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for First Aid care, providing immediate assistance and managing medical incidents. You will oversee all matters relating to sick or injured students, including logging incidents and maintaining medical records. Additionally, you will coordinate vaccination sessions and communicate with relevant parties to ensure smooth operation and compliance

Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the first point of contact for First Aid care, providing immediate assistance and managing medical incidents.

- Coordinate vaccination sessions and communicate with relevant parties to ensure smooth operation and compliance.
- Develop and evaluate individual health care plans for students with specific needs in collaboration with parents and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date medical information in the school’s system, ensuring key staff are informed of new and changing needs, especially for school trips.
- Produce and maintain accurate records and reports for the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Committee, and present findings as required.
- Order and maintain medical supplies and assist in the development of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an educational or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of first aid and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using school management systems like SIMS.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
