ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Manager to join a luxury manufacturing family run business on a permanent basis.
The Distribution Manager represents an integral part of the workshop team, providing direction and support in the service delivery of luxury products.
The Role:
- Organise and motivate the Distribution team to ensure they work with high efficiency and stay ahead of schedule
- Manage the distribution team to ensure orders are delivered to a high standard (product and packaging), safely and on time
- Ensure all workshop shipments are passed on to workshop team for QC and labelling before storing
- Record all stock movements; track and control samples including high value and bespoke items
- Perform quarterly stock takes, investigate any differences and report results
Requirements:
- Ambitious, driven and motivated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable and ability to multitask
- Strong leader and team player
- Must be experienced in managing warehouse operations
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvement initiative.
