Sonic Summary

Our client, an expanding Estate Agent in the Chigwell Area, is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £25,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of up to £35,000.
Candidates should have a previous track record in estate agency and strong computer skills.
The role includes booking and attending viewings, receiving offers, and negotiating deals.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00, with a day in lieu.

Our client, an up-and-coming Estate Agent in the Chigwell Area, is looking to employ a Sales Negotiator for their expanding firm. They have a strong presence in the local area of Essex which has been created by a team of hardworking sales negotiators and hungry property valuers.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

Up to £25,000 Basic
Up to £35,000 OTE

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 08:30– 18:00
Saturday’s | Every Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00

Sales Negotiator requirements:

Strong computer skills
Previous track record in estate agency
Ability to work as a Team Player
Excellent Communication Skills
Proven Track record of Selling Homes

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

Booking and attending Viewings
Receiving offers
Negotiating offers
Phoning out properties
