Sales Progressor needed for a busy multi-office estate agency in IG7

Our company is looking for a Sales Progressor to join our team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (Not Limited to):

  • Oversee and coordinate the entire sales progression process, from offer acceptance to completion.
  • Liaise with estate agents, buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
  • Provide regular updates to clients (buyers and sellers) and keep all parties informed about the progress of the sale.
  • Resolve any queries or issues that may arise during the transaction
  • Act as the main point of contact between solicitors, conveyancers, and other legal professionals to ensure a smooth progression of the sale.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, including contracts, forms, and other relevant documentation
  • Ensure all required documents are submitted in a timely manner
  • Report regularly to the sales team or management on the status of current transactions and any potential risks or delays.

KEY SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Team Collaboration- Ability to work effectively within a team, coordinating with estate agents, legal professionals, and other departments to achieve successful sales completion
  • Resilience and Calm Under Pressure- The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with high-pressure situations or tight deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge- A strong understanding of property sales, conveyancing, and the legal processes involved in buying and selling real estate
  • Adaptability and Flexibility- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges in the sales process, and adjust timelines or approaches as needed.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity- Maintaining high levels of confidentiality and trust when handling sensitive information related to property transactions
  • Desirable Competencies- Experience in real estate, conveyancing, or legal administration

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18 months minimum experience within Real Estate
  • A high achiever n current/previous roles
  • Advanced understanding of property law along with compliance

WHAT WE WILL OFFER THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

  • Base Salary of £26k - £31k
  • 28 days holiday including bank holiday (pro rata)
  • Potential to earn end of year bonus based on hitting targets
  • Excellent induction and training
