The Role: Sales Negotiator

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a crucial role in the company's success by:

  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and expertise.
  • Conducting property viewings, showcasing the unique features of each property, and highlighting its potential to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
  • Collaborating closely with our team of real estate professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activity to inform your sales strategies and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a drive to succeed in a competitive industry.
  • Knowledge of the Chigwell property market and surrounding areas is advantageous.
  • A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
