Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum

We are seeking passionate and driven General Manager to join their growing team as they strive to establish themselves as a leading destination for food, drinks, and hospitality in the Area.

In this leadership role, you'll be empowered to shape the future of the Restaurant. You'll build a team you're proud of, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they arrive. By leading by example, you'll ensure a positive and successful experience for both your team and the valued customers.

You will -

Be hands on running the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer service and a vibrant atmosphere.
Hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
Creating and implementing efficient rotas (completed 4 weeks in advance), managing stock, and overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service.
Continuously looking to improve by bringing creativity and fresh ideas to enhance their offering, service, and overall guest experience.
