Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to delight guests.
- Utilizing and refining your knife skills with premium ingredients.
- Staying up to date with allergen protocols to ensure guest safety.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Properly labelling and managing food stock.
- Mentoring junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and passion.
- Taking charge of kitchen operations when the Head or Sous Chef is unavailable.
