Salary: £60,000K – £75,000 + Benefits

About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of water & wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a civils-heavy role, incorporating mechanical and electrical elements. The successful candidate will oversee design & build projects, managing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to high standards

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
Lead multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
Oversee subcontractors and supply chain partners.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
Work closely with the in-house design team to optimize project outcomes.
Report project progress and financials to senior leadership.

Project Manager Experience:

Experience in the water/utilities sector is essential
Experience with Clean or waste water
However, we will also consider backgrounds in Civil Engineering & Groundworks
Essential to have a Civil Engineering qualifications or Mechanical and Electrical engineering
Essential to come from a Tier 2 subcontractor who have experience in self-delivery
Strong Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage site teams, liaise with clients, and drive projects forward.

Salary & Benefits Package

Competitive Salary: £60,000 – £75,000
Company Car or Car Allowance
Working hours: 8am - 6pm
Accommodation: Provided for traveling roles (covered as business expenses)
