We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Admin/IT Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for data cleansing, preparing and managing monthly reports, working closely with the finance and accounts teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of data management, reporting systems, finance operations, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Cleansing & Management:
    • Oversee the collection, validation, and cleaning of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Develop and implement data management procedures, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
    • Troubleshoot data issues and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy.
  • Monthly Reports:
    • Prepare and distribute monthly reports on key business metrics, working with relevant teams to gather necessary data.
    • Analyze and interpret report data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.
    • Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and in compliance with internal reporting standards.
  • Collaboration with Finance & Accounts:
    • Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to support data requirements for financial reporting.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports.
    • Manage and reconcile data between accounting systems and operational databases.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Support:
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards related to data management and reporting.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain and update compliance documentation.
    • Support audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific regulations.
  • General Admin & IT Support:
    • Provide administrative support as needed, including coordinating schedules, meetings, and handling documentation.
    • Assist in managing IT infrastructure and systems that support business operations.
    • Provide troubleshooting and technical support to internal users when required.

Skills:

  • Someone who is confident and able to take charge of situations
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience with CRM system (preferred however not mandatory)
  • Admin Skills
