We have registered a fantastic role with this impressive, local employer! Supporting the Recruitment Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of internal recruitment activities. The business is currently growing, so you will need to source, screen and offer the best candidates, whilst facilitating an exceptional candidate journey.
Starting as soon as possible, this role will be ongoing for around 3 months.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Internal Recruiter Responsibilities
- Advertising online for vacancies; choosing the most appropriate job boards and enticing the best candidates
- Screening CVs based on internal requirements
- Conducting candidate interviews; recommending shortlists
- Sourcing candidates proactively
- Liaising with Hiring Managers
- Scheduling interviews
- Managing verbal offers
- Supporting the offer process, creating offer / contract paperwork, and assisting with candidate onboarding

- Dedicated experience gained within a fast paced, internal recruitment setting
- Proven candidate interviewing experience
- Track record of managing high quality candidate and customer relationships across the recruitment lifecycle
- Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of digital and offline methods
- Skilled at shortlisting, screening and interviewing candidates
- Drive, passion and determination to deliver the best candidate experience
- Prior experience using a variety of ATS; advanced MS Office skills
