This is a key leadership role where you'll partner with senior leaders to drive business success, oversee a small finance team, and ensure robust financial reporting and controls.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the preparation of financial plans, forecasts, and reports - from overall performance to product costs, operational efficiency, and capital spending.
  • Keep the business on track with accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and statutory compliance.
  • Guide and develop a team of two direct reports while collaborating with leaders across the business.
  • Drive cost awareness and support smart resource allocation to boost efficiency and returns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant.
  • Finance experience in manufacturing, with know-how in production or costing.
  • A self-starter who can make decisions, prioritise, and manage projects independently.
  • Great communicator with strong team-working skills to connect with people at all levels.
  • Sharp analytical mind with an eye for detail and problem-solving flair.
  • Ideally, familiarity with US GAAP, ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience managing a team is a bonus but not essential.
