This isn’t your typical Management Accountant opportunity – this is an opportunity to join their growing team of ‘Limers’ and break the traditional mould!

Strategic partners to a diverse portfolio of clients, this Management Accountant role will see you providing monthly management information, identifying growth opportunities and guiding financial strategies. With cloud-based technology like Xero at your fingertips and being a paperless practice, you will be the go-to advisor for your key clients driving their businesses forward using a data-driven approach, adding value at every step of the way.

This hybrid role offers a salary of up to £48,000 DOE, with 3 days per week spent in the new refurbished offices in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside in Brinkworth, Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities for the role of Management Accountant:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and providing tailored financial insights.
  • Identify tax efficient planning opportunities and communicate complex information with ease.
  • Delivering Management Accounts, adding strategic value and giving clear insight information.
  • Support the growth of the practice by identifying commercial opportunities for growth.
  • Mentor one to two Assistant Management Accountants, helping them develop and flourish in their careers.

Experience & Skills

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified and experience in industry and/or practice.
  • Exceptional knowledge of accounting standards financial reporting, including trial balances, balance sheets and chart of account.
  • Statutory compliance, such as annual accounts, taxation and company secretarial.
  • Keen eye for financial process within an account department and be confident in improving task efficiencies.
  • Experience in producing management information.
  • Clear and confident communicator.
