Role Overview:
The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing accounting processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in accounting and a strong understanding of UK accounting standards and regulations. The Senior Accountant will report to the Managing Partner and work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert advice on accounting, taxation, and financial matters.

Accounting and Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Oversee bookkeeping and ledger maintenance activities.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports.Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Implement best practices in accounting and financial management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on practice experience.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services.
- Strong experience in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and conducting audits.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
