  • Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to provide quotes and source specific products, ensuring seamless sales processes.
  • Coordinate the workflow of sales support services for designated salespeople.
  • Enter orders into the internal database.
  • Obtain pricing for product requests from the sales team.
  • Manage general customer inquiries, working closely with customer services and the accounts department.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.
