Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance? We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients AP team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in month-end processes and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
About You:
- Proven experience in a purchase ledger.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
