Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project Manager to join a very successful and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in Wiltshire.

Working across multiple sectors including commercial, office fit out, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from £50k up to £3m, the company are a leading M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Managing Director, you will lead and manage mechanical services projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate with engineers, sub-contractors/suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against these benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project duration.

Mechanical Project Manager - Desirable Experience and Key Skills:

  • You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager or M&E/MEP Project Manager operating in the building services sector
  • Experience in successfully delivering mechanical building services projects from inception through to completion
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Mechanical Project Manager include:
