They specialise in the planning, estimating and installation of various fencing projects, and are looking for a Contracts Manager with a background in construction and management to oversee ongoing projects.In this varied role, you will be responsible for end to end project and cost management, overseeing the work being carried out on site through daily visits to sites, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and senior management. You will work 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, travelling regularly across the south west of England and the south of Wales.This role would suit a Contracts Manager from a construction and management background or similar, looking for a technical leadership role within a well-established family run company who offer the opportunity to make the role your own.The Role:* End to end project management* Carry out site visits- primarily based across the South of England and The south of Wales * Liaise with senior leadership, clients and contractors on site* 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-FridayThe Person:* Contracts Manager or similar* Construction or fencing background* Commutable to Chippenham* Happy to travel across the UK- Full Driving LicenceSenior Manager, Contracts Manager, PM, Construction, Technical, Leadership, Site visits, Operations, Monday-Friday, Days-based, South West, Commercial, residential, Cost Management.
