NEW VACANCY Residential Property Paralegal | £26k - £30k A well-regarded regional law firm with offices in Salisbury and Chippenham is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Chippenham office. The firm is expanding due to increased business demand and is investing in new systems and practices to keep up with that growth. Despite this, they remain focused on their core value of providing a personal and client-centred service.In this role, you’ll be assisting fee earners within the residential property department, working on a variety of tasks that support the conveyancing process. This will include compiling and sending out draft contract papers, drafting AP1s and TR1s, requesting searches, dealing with the Land Registry and SDLT, chasing outstanding enquiries, and sending requisition statements. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages. As part of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with fee earners to help grow the department's work and ensure everything runs smoothly.To be considered for the role, you’ll need to have at least two years of solid experience working in residential conveyancing. You should be confident in both written and verbal communication and be able to manage tasks efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines. Experience with case management systems and online platforms for SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications is essential. A proactive and detail-oriented approach will serve you well in this role, and the firm values strong customer service skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, along with a company pension, employee discounts, and 33 days’ annual leave.
