- Meet Key Performance Indicators, schedule visits, and complete required documentation.
- Support, motivate, and coach apprentices to complete all program components on time, meeting organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and review learner progress per customer expectations.
- Manage learner sign-up, induction, and compliance with company, ESFA, Ofsted, and Army SOPs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation completion.
- Guide learners in portfolio building and ensure progress tracking aligns with reporting processes.
- Deliver industry-specific teaching and learning sessions as needed.
- Conduct assessments in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide tailored support, advice, and feedback to help learners achieve their potential.
- Prepare learners for End Point Assessments, encouraging high-grade achievement.
- Collaborate with internal teams for quality and compliance.
- Maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and share innovative ideas.
- Follow all policies regarding safety, equality, and safeguarding.
- Support corporate governance policies and complete additional tasks as required.
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or equivalent)
- Award/Certificate in Education and Training (or equivalent)
- Maths and English – GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Relevant Mechanical engineering qualification to level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
- Highly organized with effective planning, time management, and resource management skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a proven history of achieving performance targets.
- Consistent track record of delivering results through strategic planning and execution.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant industry environment
- Strong understanding of work-based learning programmes
- Previous experience in the defence sector, ideally within the Army context.
