Annual bonus and ‘13th month’ paymentShifts earliest 7-4, latest 9-6 and 1 Saturday morning in 4.

**The Role**

As the Training & Development Executive, you will:- Design and implement training programs for new starters and current operational staff.- Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing skill development workshops.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.- Utilise modern training techniques, including e-learning and hands-on workshops.- Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.- Collaborate with leadership to align training strategies with company goals.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Experience in training, learning & development (preferably in fleet management, logistics, or transportation).- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to create engaging training materials.- A passion for continuous learning and employee development.
