Are you passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service? If so, a role as a Customer Service Advisor could be for you! This is a temporary position until February with the possibility of extension. Training starting before Christmas.
Day To Day
As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking and managing customer orders via phone and email with care and accuracy.
- Providing friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Informing customers of special offers and deals.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data in our system.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
- Brochure packing.
We Would Love To See
- Previous experience in a customer service role (but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important).
- Confident telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using computer systems and basic software like Microsoft Office.
