Job Purpose

Join our client's dynamic team as a Customer Services Administrator and play a pivotal role in welcoming 3,200 new colleagues this April! Your mission is to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, providing first-line support and resolving basic queries for your new colleagues. You'll be the friendly face that helps new team members feel supported and ready to hit the ground running from day one.

Please be advised you will need to drive to the location, we are recruiting in multiple locations across Wiltshire and can discuss these locations on our screening call.

Key Responsibilities

  • First-Line Support: Be the go-to person for new colleagues, offering triage and resolving FAQs.
  • Guidance and Support: Help colleagues understand their tasks and navigate their new roles.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service and ensure colleagues feel valued.
  • Issue Escalation: Seamlessly hand over technical issues to the support teams.
  • Proactive Assistance: Aid technical teams with proactive checks and query resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Support internal quality checks for clinical and safety learning interventions.
  • Resource Navigation: Direct colleagues to relevant support services and information.
  • System Navigation: Assist colleagues in using IT systems and finding necessary information.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage complaints and conflicts, ensuring colleagues feel heard and supported.

Personal Specification

Essential:

  • Driver with access to a car, due to the office location.
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to follow clear processes and procedures
  • Strong conflict management skills
  • Proficient in using IT systems and applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel if required

Desirable:

  • Experience in a healthcare setting
