In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for providing customers with an excellent customer experience as well as product advice and expertise, and will be introducing the brand and its products to new trade customers.

As the Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will be:

  • Answering customer queries via email, telephone, live chat, and social media platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a first-class customer experience
  • Providing customers with product advice and assistance in Dutch and English
  • Overseeing and managing customer service and sales-related channels
  • Researching and reaching out to potential new customers
  • Supporting the trade sales cycle from start to finish

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • A driving license and your own car
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships
  • 1-2 years’ customer service and/or sales experience
  • Additional language skills in other EU languages would be advantageou
