Sales Support Executive

  • Salary: £24,000 per annum with up to £500 quarterly bonus

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our client. You will be joining a fantastic place to work who have stunning offices and many perks for their employees. 

 You will be providing essential administrative support to Account Managers, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly. This role requires managing your own workload, working to SLAs, and being a strong team player.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Work alongside experienced salespeople to provide quotes and source specific goods.
  • Coordinate the workflow of sales support services to designated salespeople.
  • Place orders onto the internal database and obtain pricing for product requests.
  • Handle general customer enquiries while liaising with customer services and the accounts department.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and support the team during fluctuating workloads.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong administration skills and self-motivation.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in handling customer queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Proven track record within a similar role is advantageous.
  • Understanding of B2B processes is desirable but not essential.
