Hays has built long-lasting relationships with local Primary schools in Chippenham and has a commitment to getting the right candidate in the right schools, with a number of jobs being registered every week.Your new roleThe jobs we have are dependent on the needs of each school, and can be on a full or part-time basis. Working as a supply Teaching Assistant suits those who have a passion for working within a school and can be flexible and adaptable, due to the diversity of the schools we work with. We are currently looking for TA's who have a desire to work with children, this could be within a full classroom, or taking a small group to improve a core skill, for example, reading, or provide 1:1 care for an individual child with SEN.What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience working with Primary education with children for at least 20 days in the last 2 years, either as a Teaching Assistant or as a Volunteer i.e within a youth organisation, sports coaching etc.What you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity, working in some excellent schools.You'll receive:
