Teaching Assistant / 1:1 Classroom Support - SN14

My client is seeking a compassionate and patient Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a primary school student, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment. This is a fixed-term role with impactful, rewarding work that allows you to make a genuine difference in a young learner’s life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 learning support to a named child, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and encouraged
  • Assisting the student in English, Mathematics, and broader curriculum areas
  • Fostering the child’s confidence, inclusion, and positive behavior development
  • Collaborating closely with the classroom teacher to create an engaging, supportive environment
  • Helping with physical and personal care needs where required
