My client, a warm and inclusive primary school in Lyneham, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a child within the classroom setting. This role is available on a full-tmie basis working on a Named Pupil contract, looking to start ASAP!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide one-on-one support to a young learner with additional needs within a classroom setting.
- Collaborate closely with the class teacher and experienced TA team to deliver tailored educational support.
- Encourage and promote the child’s engagement, inclusion, and independence in learning activities.
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and part of the lunchtime period to provide continuity of care.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that aligns with the school’s values for life and learning.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEND) is highly desirable.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parents.
- Ready to embrace the school’s values and contribute to its vibrant, inclusive community.
