Teaching Assistant / Classroom Support Assistant - SN15

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing dedicated support to groups and individual students, assisting with both academic and personal development
  • Working closely with classroom teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Helping students with additional needs reach their goals through patience and innovative support strategies
  • Promoting high standards for behavior, self-esteem, and academic achievement in a safe, structured environment
  • Actively participating in the school’s initiatives, including outdoor and play-based learning

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Patient, adaptable, and motivated to support diverse student needs
  • Positive communicator and skilled in fostering teamwork within the classroom
  • Brings energy, humor, and a proactive mindset to classroom support
  • Ideally, experience working with children with SEN, though a passion for learning is the only essential
