What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils’ learning in group settings or one-on-one to meet their individual needs.
- Encouraging inclusion, self-esteem, and positive behavior development.
- Assisting with physical or personal care needs, as required.
- Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Contributing to the delivery of English, Mathematics, and other National Curriculum subjects.
- Assisting with the organization and maintenance of classroom equipment and teaching aids.
