What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting pupils’ learning in group settings or one-on-one to meet their individual needs.
  • Encouraging inclusion, self-esteem, and positive behavior development.
  • Assisting with physical or personal care needs, as required.
  • Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Contributing to the delivery of English, Mathematics, and other National Curriculum subjects.
  • Assisting with the organization and maintenance of classroom equipment and teaching aids.
