We're looking for a motivated and passionate Teaching Assistant to become part of their team and help enhance the learning experience for students. Your ability to communicate effectively and break down complex ideas will be vital in ensuring students understand and engage with their lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver creative, engaging lessons.
- Support students with individual and group learning, helping them overcome challenges
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assist with classroom organization, student management, and any additional administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in a clear, approachable way
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting a dynamic classroom
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners and helping them thrive academically and emotionally
