We are looking for anElectrical Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theElectrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheElectrical Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Installation, repair, planned and reactive maintenance of all Electrical systems for on-site commercial buildings and livingaccommodation.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, and compliant with safety regulations / codes of practice, including SFG20,and all relevant ACoP's / JSP's.
- Supportingthe widerteam with all aspects ofelectricalmaintenance.
- Participation in the On-Call Rota.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 orequivalent technical diploma, including the 18th Edition.
- 3 years post qualification experience in Electrical maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Experience with a wide range of Electrical systems and fixtures.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, safe systems of work and industry best practice.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and internal teams.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working at height, and restrictive spaces.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure all work is completed accurately and to the highest standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines, with a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Ability to achieve full security clearance (SC)
