Role ResponsibilitiesClient Service
- Acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial and business needs are met
- Addressing complex accounting and tax issues, providing tailored advice and solutions
- Overseeing client engagements, ensuring work is delivered accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating with the compliance team to ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are met
People & Leadership
- Providing mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering professional development
- Leading and motivating a diverse team, upholding company values and ensuring high-quality service
- Acting as a role model, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a client-centric approach
Business Development
- Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services
- Collaborating with Partners to drive firm growth through networking and client engagement
- Supporting business development initiatives, including client pitches, proposals, and marketing activities

Candidate Requirements- Experience managing a client portfolio within an accountancy or business advisory setting
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles, with the ability to handle complex client work
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Leadership experience, with a proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff
- A commercial mindset, with business development experience and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
