Client Service

• Acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial and business needs are met
• Addressing complex accounting and tax issues, providing tailored advice and solutions
• Overseeing client engagements, ensuring work is delivered accurately and efficiently
• Coordinating with the compliance team to ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are met

People & Leadership

• Providing mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering professional development
• Leading and motivating a diverse team, upholding company values and ensuring high-quality service
• Acting as a role model, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a client-centric approach

Business Development

• Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services
• Collaborating with Partners to drive firm growth through networking and client engagement
• Supporting business development initiatives, including client pitches, proposals, and marketing activities

• Experience managing a client portfolio within an accountancy or business advisory setting
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles, with the ability to handle complex client work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Leadership experience, with a proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff
• A commercial mindset, with business development experience and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
