Commercial Account Handler

Location: Chippenham

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits Package

The Company:

We are working with an independent, charted insurance broker who is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their Chippenham office.

The Role:

The Account Handler is the first point of contact for all client and provider queries and issues as they arise and is expected to have the skills and knowledge to understand what actions are required to meet the expectations of all parties.

You will have the opportunity to provide office-based support to their assigned Account Executive in the day to day running of the client portfolio, from New Business, MTA and Renewal stages.

Dealing with a range of general commercial policies, learning all steps of the process from quotation to placement all the way through to renewal.

The Required Skills:

Acturis experience ideal

Previous proven experience servicing a book of business is essential

Strong communication, relationship management and rapport building skills

Strong technical knowledge on a range of Commercial products including Commercial Combined

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
