Job Title: Packing Operative
Location: Chippenham (SN 14 )
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Contract: Temporary on going
gap-personnel are currently recruiting for perm role of Packing Operative for one of the UK’s leading producers of POS & POP for the retail sector and brands, in Chppenham. They produce creative, innovative and effective solutions for some of the UK’s leading brands.
As a Machine Operative you will work in a busy packing and gluing department, where you will be responsible for printing, packing, making boxes, quality checks.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Set and operate gluing machine following work orders and Client specific instructions.
- Support the daily production volume in line with Client service level agreements and targets set.
- Completing tasks in both packing and gluing department
- Quality checks
- Full training provided
Experience in Similar role required
Working shifts and hours
- Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm
- Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm
- Shifts are fixed and they are not rotational
Overtime:
- Depending on the volume, OT may be available on Saturday and Sunday, paid at £11.44 p/h.
