• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Identify and report the need for major repairs.
• Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
