The Role

They are seeking compassionate and reliable Temporary Healthcare Assistants to join their team in Chippenham. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support patients with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support patients with mobility and physical activities.
• Monitor and report on patients health and well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare assistant role is preferred but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-cantered approach.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
• Enhanced DBS check (they can assist with this if needed).
