Job Scope:

We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for our client’s Chippenham and Bath service, a dynamic homecare provider offering support from 30-minute visits to 24-hour care. As the Registered Manager, you will focus on building strong relationships with local authorities, health and social care teams, while also expanding the private care market. Your key responsibility will be to ensure continuous growth, meeting and exceeding targets, while leading a team of coordinators to deliver exceptional care.

The Registered Manager will oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring all staff adhere to safer recruitment practices and maintain high standards of care. You will also manage staff rotas, ensuring consistency in service quality, and oversee performance reviews and appraisals. In this fast-paced role, based at our client’s Chippenham office, the Registered Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, with support from an in-house recruitment team.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, resilience, and a commitment to maintaining CQC compliance and high-quality customer service.

Do you have?

  • Proven experience in Domiciliary Care within the Chippenham and Bath areas.
  • Established relationships with commissioners to support tendering for new business.
  • Experience managing services with at least 1000 hours and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CQC KLOES, the Care Act, and Care Certificate legislation.
  • Competence in managing budgets, setting targets, and handling financial processes.
